We We are looking for a motivated and experienced
candidate for the position of:
4 Store Manager luxury field - Germany
Frankfurt – Berlin - Munich – Neumünster
The role will involve managing, motivating and developing a sales team, ensuring excellent retail standards managed and maintained to the highest possible level.
Duties and responsibilities:
A consistent level of high professionalism in order to create and maintain a constant relationship with the customers, to maximizes sales, whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Monitor the achievement of the key store targets, setting priorities to meet short and long term goals.
Actively participate in sales by supervising all phases of the process, ensuring that the customer's needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Manage customer complaints and ensure that the correct resolution is achieved.
Stock control management.
The ideal candidate has a driven sales enthusiasm with a real passion for the luxury field and a solid previous experience as Store Manager and proven people management, communication, planning and organizing skills.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English and German languages, is mandatory
Experience as Store Manager for a luxury/important brand
Experience in people management, communication, planning and organizing skills
Position with responsibility for budget and responsibility a team
Availability to travel
The position will report Area Manager
Work experience required up to 5 years
