For our client, an important company of an International Group, which operates in High, Medium and Low Voltage, in the Transformers field, we are looking for an:
Area Sales Manager for LV products (Transformers and Reactors)
Tasks:
· is responsible for coordinating/preparing ad-hoc proposals, ensuring professional tenders and following negotiations to fully satisfy our high demanding customers.
· supports the customer during the whole project process, from study, to order, FAT and delivery, assuring customer focus and satisfaction.
· coordinates where necessary the order handling of sold products and services in accordance with appropriate customer focus and according to the companies high quality standards.
· represents the company in given countries/accounts for the marketing intelligence process, including detailed market reports, understanding market drivers and trends, key competition and emerging technologies to be developed
· should be able to identify possible local distributors and sales channels, to develop a mid-long time strong relationship with the region and increase market penetration and customer portfolio to assure to the company a strong footprint and growth in LV Business.
· coordinates new products launch and development plans and ensures their timely execution as per market and customer’s request.
· actively participates in activities as booth, seminars or technical colloquium.
· initiates and drives ad-hoc built teams, to satisfy customer’s and market needs, both from the commercial and the technical point of view
Requirements:
Degree preferably in electrical/mechanical engineering or, alternatively, a basic technical education supported by several years of experience in a customer-oriented position in Industry application, preferably within Transformers Business

Requirements:

- Sales experience in Transformers and Reactors field
- English is the base requirement, additional languages are an important criteria
- Skilled interaction with customers and a proactive, target-oriented and independent working method
- Open, somewhat extroverted manners and sociability
- responsible for the achievement of the yearly defined budget for his region and account of responsibility
- responsible for the development of profitable and sustainable sales for the complete companies portfolio
- reports directly to the Sales Manager LV
