Key Account Manager Traction for Transformer Products
The Key Account Manager Traction is responsible for the achievement of the yearly defined budget for his accounts of responsibility, focusing on Rolling Stock products.
Is responsible for the development of profitable and sustainable sales for the rolling stock products.
He acts as a specialist in the world of the traction business, covering the majority of accounts, mainly in the European region.
He reports directly to the Sales Director and operatively to the Head of profit center Traction.
Is responsible for coordinating/preparing ad-hoc proposals, ensuring professional tenders and following negotiations to fully satisfy our high demanding customers.
He continuously screens the market movements, identify opportunities and supports the customer during the whole project process, from study, to order, assuring customer focus and satisfaction.
Represents the Group in given countries/accounts for the marketing intelligence process, including detailed market reports, understanding market drivers and trends, key competition and emerging technologies to be developed in order to assure The Group growth and market share in the rolling stock business.
Coordinates new products launch and development plans and ensures their timely execution as per market and customer’s request. He actively participates in activities as booth, seminars or technical colloquium.
He initiates and drives ad-hoc built teams, to satisfy customer’s and market needs, both from the commercial and the technical point of view
Requirements:
Degree preferably in electrical/mechanical engineering or, alternatively, a basic technical education supported by several years of experience in a customer-oriented position in Industry application, preferably within Transformers/Reactors Business for special applications •Technical Sales experience is a must • Good knowledge of English and Frenc, is a must, additional languages are a plus (German,Italian) • Skilled interaction with customers and a proactive, target-oriented and independent working method • Open, somewhat extroverted manners and sociability
