Sales Engineer – Water treatment - Europe, China, South-East of Asia
Main responsibilities
- The resource, reporting directly to the VP Sales, will be responsible for researching, developing and implementing business opportunities for the Company
- The Sales Engineer will have to develop the commercial activity especially in the countries of Europe, China, South-East of Asia
- It will study the market, propose the commercial strategy, structure a network of agents and local partners, support the preparation of technical and economic offers, interface with customers, support the PM during the execution phase
- The Sales Engineer will be supported in his activity by the sales back-office
- Travels will occupy around 50% of the time.
- Negotiating projects, closing order and meeting annual sales and profitability targets are under the responsibilities of the Sales Engineer
Requirements
- Experience of at least 3-5 years in the same role including negotiation and closing of orders
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering is preferred
- Basic technical knowledge in the field of biological water purification
- Contacts in the food and beverage field is an asset
- Fluent in Italian and English. Chinese will be an asset. Other languages will be welcome
