Our client, part of an international group, leader in delivering sustainable treatment and reuse solutions, commissioned us to search a:
 
Sales Engineer – Water treatment - Europe, China, South-East of Asia 
 

Main responsibilities
 
  • The resource, reporting directly to the VP Sales, will be responsible for researching, developing and implementing business opportunities for the Company
  • The Sales Engineer will have to develop the commercial activity especially in the countries of Europe, China, South-East of Asia
  • It will study the market, propose the commercial strategy, structure a network of agents and local partners, support the preparation of technical and economic offers, interface with customers, support the PM during the execution phase
  • The Sales Engineer will be supported in his activity by the sales back-office
  • Travels will occupy around 50% of the time.
  • Negotiating projects, closing order and meeting annual sales and profitability targets are under the responsibilities of the Sales Engineer
 
Requirements
 
  • Experience of at least 3-5 years in the same role including negotiation and closing of orders
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering is preferred
  • Basic technical knowledge in the field of biological water purification
  • Contacts in the food and beverage field is an asset
  • Fluent in Italian and English. Chinese will be an asset. Other languages ​​will be welcome
